Publicity Consent Policy

By registering for a Birdifi Bridge Pty Ltd. or Birdifi Academy event you acknowledge that you have, understood and agree to the following. 

• You voluntarily consent to and authorise Birdifi Bridge Pty Ltd. / Birdifi Academy to use your likeness in any photograph, video or other digital media ("the material") taken at a Birdifi Bridge or Birdifi Academy event ("the event"), in any and all of its publications, including print or web-based publications. 

• You authorise Birdifi Bridge Pty Ltd. / Birdifi Academy to copy, edit, enhance, crop, or otherwise alter any of "the material" taken at "the event" for use in their publications.

• You waive any rights for approval or inspection of any "the material" taken at "the event". 

• You agree that "the material" taken at "the event" is the property of Birdifi Bridge Pty Ltd. / Birdifi Academy.

• You acknowledge that you're not entitled to any compensation or royalties with respect to the use of "the material" taken at "the event". 

• You agree that Birdifi Bridge Pty Ltd. / Birdifi Academy are not obliged to, and have not represented they will, publish "the material" taken at "the event".

• You acknowledge that Birdifi Bridge Pty Ltd. / Birdifi Academy are not required to identify or acknowledge you, when publishing "the material" taken at "the event".

• You understand that once "the material" taken at "the event" is published, that it will be in the public domain and that Birdifi Bridge Pty Ltd. / Birdifi Academy are limited in their ability to prevent subsequent use and dissemination of "the material" even if information has ceased to be true or is otherwise misleading at the time of its use.

• You agree to release and forever discharge Birdifi Bridge Pty Ltd. / Birdifi Academy and it's employees from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action of any nature or kind, known or unknown, which you, and anyone claiming on behalf of you, may have or claim to have against Releasee.
