Consent to Recording and Use of Media 

1. Birdifi Bridge Pty Ltd. and Birdifi Academy may capture photographs, video footage, and/or audio recordings during events. These materials may include your image, likeness, voice, or statements.  

2. You voluntarily consent to and authorise Birdifi Bridge Pty Ltd. / Birdifi Academy to use,  reproduce, edit, crop, and publish these materials (“the Material”) in any and all forms of media, including but not limited to: 

• Websites and social media platforms 

• Newsletters, brochures, and marketing materials 

• Training and educational content 

• Reports and communications with stakeholders, including partner organisations and Government Departments

Sensitive or Personal Information 

You acknowledge that any information you voluntarily provide (including in interviews, testimonials, or success stories) may reveal or imply details about your business, employment status, financial circumstances, or other personal matters. By providing such information, you consent to its inclusion in the published Material and understand that it may be visible to the public.

Ownership and Intellectual Property 

All images, recordings, and materials captured remain the property of Birdifi Bridge Pty Ltd. / Birdifi Academy. You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Material and acknowledge that you hold no intellectual property rights or entitlements to compensation or royalties. 

 

No Obligation to Publish 

Birdifi Bridge Pty Ltd. / Birdifi Academy are under no obligation to use or publish any Material and make no guarantees regarding when or how it may be used. They are also not required to identify you in published content. 

 

Public Domain and Third-Party Use 

Once published, the Material may be accessible to the public and subject to redistribution or use by third parties outside our control. You understand that Birdifi Bridge Pty Ltd. / Birdifi Academy are not responsible for how the Material may be shared, modified, or reused by others after publication.

You release and forever discharge Birdifi Bridge Pty Ltd., Birdifi Academy, and their employees, 

representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action 

that may arise from the use of the Material, including any claims for defamation, invasion of 

privacy, or infringement of moral rights.
