Our very own Nastassja Pain recently took to the airwaves on Toowoomba's Power FM to talk about Workforce Australia's Self-Employment Assistance Program and the support available to people considering starting or growing their own business.

Nastassja, who sits on the board of the National Self-Employment Association (NS-EA), discussed how the program can help people explore self-employment and develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to move forward.

Jordan, a participant in the program, also joined Nastassja on air to share her own success story and talk about how Self-Employment Assistance has supported her business journey as she built her thriving small business.

Self-Employment Assistance, funded by Workforce Australia, offers a range of services depending on where someone is in their business journey, including, Exploring Self-Employment Workshops, Small Business Training, Business Plan Development, Small Business Coaching, Business Advice Sessions and Business Health Checks.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before seeking support. Whether you have a skill you’d like to turn into a business, an idea you want to explore or an existing small business that needs some guidance, support is available.

It was great to see Nastassja spreading the word and helping more people understand that self-employment could be a realistic pathway for them.
